This studio is a perfect option for couple or friends to enjoy their holiday in Zermatt.
It is comfortably furnished with twin beds and an additional single bed and has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower and a nice, south facing balcony.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that all prices are per day and in Swiss Francs (CHF) – plus 3.8% VAT.
Also, resort tax is not included (adults: 4.00CHF, children from 9 years: 2.00CHF per day, per person).
Please also be aware that we charge a one-off cleaning fee of 35CHF and prices are slightly higher for one night stays.
Payment notice on site:
Cash payment or credit card payment or bank transfer.
Cancellation conditions:Â
Our cancellation policy is 14 days notice prior to arrival for short stays (5 nights or less).
If the cancellation is made after this time, and a replacement cannot be found, we will have to charge for half the total stay.
For long stays (6 nights or more) we require a signed rental contract where the client is responsible for the full cost of the stay regardless of when they cancel unless a replacement tenant can be found.
All our contracts also include a Covid clause in case of extenuating circumstances.
NB: Zermatt is a car free village – you may drive as far as Täsch & take the Shuttle Train to Zermatt.
